Help… My Acne Skin Products Aren’t Working!
Do you have an acne problem? Are you desperate for a solution? With so many acne skin products out there, the first major problem you face is choosing which one to use.
Of course, maybe you already chose a product. If you selected a project and envisioned the light at the end of the tunnel, only to find the product is useless, you might be at the end of your rope. Maybe you’ve even tried several acne treatment products that didn’t work. So, the question is just what exactly do you do when your chosen acne care treatment fails to live up to your expectations? Here are a couple of choices to think about.
Laser Acne Treatment:
Laser acne treatment is great because it really revitalizes your skin. It doesn’t just remove your acne, it actually makes you look years younger. How, you ask? Well, it uses small lasers to remove the outer layer of your skin, which is nothing but dead skin cells anyway. That way, the healthy, live skin cells are left on the surface of your face.
Although laser treatments for acne may seem a bit extreme, it really depends on your situation. If you’ve tried lots of products, you might just want to give it a try.
Surgical Acne Removal:
If you feel like you’ve been trying acne products forever, with no success, you might also consider having your acne removed surgically. Consider the good and bad points before you make a final decision, though.
The good side of surgical acne removal is that it can be very effective. In fact, acne can often leave scars. Surgery can remove not only the acne you have now, but old scars from previous outbreaks, too.
If you decide to have acne removal surgery, the major problem is that you will need your doctor’s recommendation, in order to have it done. So, you should have a consultation with your doctor as soon as possible and then, if the doctor approves of your plan,you’ll need to consult with the surgeon.
Acne removal surgery can be a bit expensive. If you have a major acne problem, though, it can be well worth it. It’s a good way to be rid of the embarrassment that comes with such a chronic pimple problem.
Obviously, these are not the only things you can try. After all, stores are full of acne skin products and the Internet is full of suggestions. But, these are some of the options available to you when you’ve tried everything else.
